Two applications this month. Neither is dramatic, but both are worth knowing about.
GetLiving's marketing office - another four years?
You know the temporary building GetLiving has used as its marketing and sales office near Plots N18/N19. There's now a planning application to keep it there until February 2030.
The application - ref 26/00090/FUL - covers the main office space (Use Class E) and an adjacent kiosk for flexible use (currently Familia Roasters). The original permission was always temporary. This would extend it by four years.
Tesco Express, Portland Place - take two
Tesco has resubmitted its application for an alcohol sales licence at the proposed Tesco Express in Portland Place. A previous application was withdrawn. This is the second submission.
No opening date confirmed.
